The Deals Desk
Golf gear actually worth buying today — surfaced by our nightly price bot, verified against the retailer's own numbers, curated by hand, and thrown out when the "was" price is a lie.
Prices checked July 11, 2026 · verified against the retailer's own listed prices · subject to change after posting
OF THE
DAY
FlightScope Mevo+ Launch Monitor
“The Mevo+ has been the serious-amateur launch monitor for years, and it simply does not visit $1,099. At better than half off its usual ticket, this is the kind of price that used to require waiting for Black Friday — and even then, rarely on this unit.”
The LedgerToday's verified deals
SkyTrak+ Launch Monitor & Simulator (Certified Pre-Owned)
“Certified pre-owned from the retailer itself, not a marketplace gamble. If you wanted a SkyTrak+ but not the $2,500 sticker, this is the honest way in.”
SwingBay Simulator Screen & Enclosure
“The screen-and-enclosure half of a garage sim build, $1,500 under its usual ask. Pair it with any launch monitor you already own and you're most of the way to a bay.”
SIGPRO 84″ × 84″ Premium Impact Screen (Clearance)
“Real clearance on the consumable part of every sim setup — screens wear out, and half-price is when you buy the spare. Odd sizes are going fast; measure before you order.”
FlightScope Mevo+ Pro Package & Face Impact Bundle
“Already own a Mevo+? The Pro Package software unlock — the full 50-plus data parameters plus face impact location — at $650 off is the cheapest we know of to turn it into the tour-data version.”
THE BIGGEST CUTS ON THE DESK
Kill ListLeft on the cutting-room floor
Every morning the bot surfaces the loudest “discounts” on the internet. The loudest ones are usually lying. Today's rejects:
- “94% off” E6 APEX simulation software ($2,500 → $150) — That $2,500 anchor is a commercial-license price no home user ever paid. Against the home license it replaces, the cut is real but far smaller. Fake anchor — skipped.
- “89% off” Voice Caddie SC200 practice bundle ($3,098 → $349) — The “was” price is a bundle misconfiguration — the SC200 is a ~$300 device on its best day. Skipped.
How the Deals Desk works. A bot checks golf retailers' listed prices every night; every "was" price you see above is the retailer's own compare-at figure, never one we invented. Every verdict is an editorial judgment, not an automated feed — most of what the bot finds never makes this page. We link the best price we can find whether or not anyone pays us, and we pull deals down when they end. Details in our disclosure policy.
The DeskNew departments are coming
The bot currently watches the launch-monitor, simulator, and practice-gear corner of the market hardest — that's where the biggest honest cuts live in July. Balls, apparel, shoes, push carts, and club departments wire in as we add sources. If you want the best of the ledger in your inbox once a week, get on the Sunday Memo list — the deals drop is coming to it first.
